Owner, Head Coach 11 & 12U

Robbie Weinhardt

Loves to spend time with his family, golf, and ski when he's not coaching. Robbie was a RHP for Oklahoma State. He was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in 2008 and made his Major League Debut in 2010. He has a deep passion for the game and is a dedicated student of baseball. He loves passing down that passion to the next generation.

Head Coach 8U

Matt Wagner

Loves to spend time with his family, lift weights, golf, hunt, wakeboard, snow ski, and vacation with family and friends. He's his kids' biggest fans. Matt was a LHP for the University of New Orleans where they won the conference championship. He's now the sales manager for Grid Lockers and Sports Flooring.

Assistant Coach 10U

Judson Collier

Christ follower. Loves to golf, hunt, and fish. Judson is an outfielder for the University of Saint Thomas where he studies finance.

You won't find more knowledgeable coaches. I've watched my boys' skill, their understanding of the game, and their confidence continuously climb during our time with Prime!

Between my 11U boy and my 8U boy, we are now in our 7th (combined) season with Prime! With 3 boys, we have had ample experience in the select baseball world. I can say with confidence that Prime is truly a unicorn! The coaching is next-level technical. The families are supportive off, and on, the field. Teammates have become real friends. The uplifting, encouraging, and motivating environment is truly one of a kind. We are forever grateful for our Prime family.
